Purchases and deposits are non-refundable. However, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your floral purchase from New Moon Bloom Co. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. All floral arrangements are custom-made using seasonal and market-available blooms; while we strive to honor specific requests, exact flower varieties and colors cannot be guaranteed and may be substituted with equal or greater value at our discretion. Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required to secure all orders and event bookings. Cancellations or changes must be made within the agreed timeframe; late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits due to materials and labor already committed. Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by traffic, weather, or venue access. New Moon Bloom Co. is not responsible for damages to arrangements once delivered or set up.
